Indicator Spline Gages
The indicator spline gage consists of a "go condition" plug or ring gage, a measuring insert and a setting master.

The go plug gage checks the component for full-form composite errors and the measuring insert checks the actual size of the spline between pins.

The gage can measure the following errors at one go:

• Go-condition
• No-go condition
• Actual size between pins
• Taper of splines
• Ovality of splines
